They are a window to sharing, to
friendliness, to emotion and passion.
Combining structure and finesse,
concentration and charm, their
personalities reflect the authenticity of
each terroir from which they come.
After strict yield controls, the harvest is
entirely handpicked, with a sorting of
the grapes, if necessary.
We don’t like to interfere, we prefer the
expression of the fruit rather than too
much extraction.
We let the grapes sit in a vat for about
15 days for our red wines, followed by
pneumatic pressing.
An aging process in oak barrels for 12-
months will complete the ripening of
these wines.
